In a fresh letter to Delhi L-G, conman Sukesh alleges, "My family received threat calls."

New Delhi (The Hawk): In a fresh letter to Delhi Lt. Governor V.K. Saxena, incarcerated conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar claims that his family "got threat calls from numbers belonging to Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and close friend of jailed AAP minister Satyendar Jain in the UAE."

"My family received calls on November 16 and 17 from an unknown number, and the caller identified himself as "JK." I recognise "JK" as "Jay Kishan," a close colleague of Satyendar Jain who is located in the UAE but frequently travels to Delhi, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. I had previously met Jain and Jay Kishan "The Mandoli Jail convict sent a letter to his attorney Ashok Singh and uploaded it online.

"My family has informed me that JK threatened them during the call and instructed them to tell me not to oppose Jain, Kejriwal, and the AAP. He claimed that Kejriwal and Jain are willing to reach a solution, promising to return the double amount and to award any contract of my choosing to whomever I choose in Punjab as long as I remain silent until December 8 "In his letter, he asserted.

"Furthermore, if I continued, I would be killed and subjected to torture. Unexpectedly, on November 21 and 24, my family received calls from two mobile numbers. After the numbers were checked, it was discovered that Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain owned the phones "Sukesh continued, noting that his family did not return calls because of ongoing threats they had previously received from numerous unknown numbers.

Sukesh alleged that when the Principal Secretary for Home and Law and Vigilance recorded his statement in detail detailing everything I had written in my complaints that I had previously brought before you, he began making threats against him and his family.

He wrote, "After my first statement was recorded by the committee on November 14 in Mandoli Jail, the next day I was threatened by the jail administration to make sure, I do not divulge any details or provide any evidence if I continue and go against Jain, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), and jail administration, I will be shown what living "NARK" (hell) is."

According to his letter, "They (the jail administration) said if I agree they would force me to speak with Jain over the phone and he would fulfil whatever I required in exchange as a deal of compromise not giving any statement or details to the committee appointed by L-G, against my complaint which involves AAP, Kejriwal, and Jain in particular."

"How does Satyendar Jain continue to use his phone while he is in custody? And who is dialling his number at his direction? Why is Manish Sisodia attempting to contact me in vain from his official numbers as well? "He composed.

Sukhesh also asked the L-G for a CBI investigation in his letter.

Sukesh's letter to the L-G read, "I respectfully beg that the investigation be swiftly entrusted to CBI and in the interim my statements be recorded before a Magistrate in compliance with law."
